Decided to run AFTER work, alone. Did 10 laps around my workplace. It was about 84 when I started at 6:30. But, felt pretty good as the sun was starting to set. Not as bad as 84 at noon. Took it easy, and got in some quality miles. This is my longest run since my 20 miler on my b-day 2 weeks ago. Time to get creative with getting in my workouts. UVM will be here soon!

| Busy, busy, busy. Didn't have time to run during lunch or after work, so ran a quick 2.5 miles as the sun was setting (only 75 degrees!!). Attended my daughter's highschool awards ceremony. I'm so proud of Megan! - her class valedictorian (I dont' even know if I spelled it correctly :) I'm not sure where she got the brains from. :) | |
