| Solo lunchtime run from home. Was a little chilly for me, but the run felt comfortable. Toes were a bit numb for the first 4 miles (I think I might need looser shoes)

7AM run w/ Darin and Dave. It was a good solid run -- a little colder than anything I've run in thus far this season. Finished strong. Need to run tomorrow -- at least 5 or 6 to make up for missiing yesterday. I can't afford to NOT run, now that the count down to Cowtown is less than 50 days!

Ran 5.3 w/ Darin and Dave. About the same pace as yesterday's 8 miler, but felt tougher. It was also 10 degrees warmer than yesterday. Plan to run 18-20 miles Saturday morning.

| Met Ty at the trailhead at 9AM. Ran the first 13 w/ Ty (7:50/mi), then he left. Motivation dropped, ended up walking quite a bit -- but still finished the 20 miler w/ AP about 8:50. I've got about 40 days to be ready to run 8:24/mi at Cowtown! :) 41F, W 5, cloudy AP: 8:50 |
