A lunchtime tempo run w/ Darin. Today we flip-flopped from last week. He ran a 14-miler yesterday, and I had rested. So, I took advantage of his sore legs and ran 7:18/mile while he came in w/ 7:30/mi.

It was a little chilly, but not bad. No hat needed, but wore gloves for comfort, shorts, and 2 shirts. Took the gloves off for the last mile.

45F, 10-15MPH W wind, sunny

And send some warm this way. I think we are supposed to hit the 60's actually by the weekend so I'm thinking you guys should break out of this cold too.

Did you run today?

From MarcE on Thu, Jan 14, 2010 at 02:42:27 from 206.225.68.76

You guys are too kind.

Smooth -- no, I didn't get the chance to run today. In fact, I'm just finishing up some work from a very long day. I hope to run tomorrow -- I mean today (Thursday) :) Thanks for checking up on me.
