Still fighting a sinus infection. It doesn't seem to impact my lungs, but I've been coughing quite a bit (especially at night).

Lunchtime 7 miler. Enjoying some cooler temps.

so sorry you have a sinus infection! Are you on antibiotics? Don't let it get to your bronchioles!

I still haven't read your recent 5K race! Just want to congratulate you on winning that...wow! 1st overall! You are so fast!!! :) :) :) :)

Thanks for the birthday wishes. My birthday didn't include any official running. The day started with me and boys helping some people from our church with yardwork (I was going to run a 5K, but because I'm not quite over the sinus thingy, I thought it might be better to help some others and teach my boys a little about charity). After the yard work, we had our last soccer game of the season. We won 2-1!!! Nice to finish the season on a high note. I distributed trophies and achievement certificates to the boys, and we ate cupcakes. Then we walked around downtown Weatherford and stopped in several antique shops. We finished the day by going over to our friends house, cooked out and sat around an open fire while the kids played in the pool. It was an excellent birthday (#46 for those of you counting...not a new age group :)
