Ran w/ Corey (a friend who just recently ran his first half marathon, and is planning on his first marathon at Cowtown at the end of Feb -- he is ramping up quickly. He plans to do the run 5 minutes / walk 1 minute routine.) We ran 5 minutes and walked 1 minute.. We averaged about 11:20/mi. Definitely not my usual pace, but it was a nice change. I barely broke a sweat and felt great on Sunday. I got in the miles and time on my feet -- which counts for something. 30F, 5 MPH S Wind Temps are going back above freezing this week, so I may be back to running at lunchtime, instead of the treadmill! woohoo!
