Ran a quick 4 miles w/ Eric at lunch.

That's 3 days of running in a row...short runs, but still running.

Time to figure out how to do a short rampup and taper for Steamboat Marathon on June 7th. Probably a 15 miler on Saturday morning, then a 20 miler the following week. No big goals for Steamboat, but would still like to be around 3:30.

Sounds like a good plan. You're training so much smarter than me! So excited that you got in SGM.

Sounds like a good plan. Way cool that you got into SGM. It's gonna be a big ol' party

No big goals, huh? That is the best way to go, I think. Far more enjoyable!

And YEAH for you and St George!!! The FEW of us who get to be there will have to have a BIG party.

Hey Kathie, I thought I wrote the best reports!!! Just kidding.

Luckily you are already in great shape from Boston. It will be fun to run Steamboat without a major time goal.

Nice job getting back at it.
