Ran during lunch. Now that I'm working from home most of the time, I need to come up with a good running trail. I have a 1/2 mile loop that has some good hills. I ran the first mile without walking. Need new batteries for our bathroom scale, so I can tell how much I weigh! (The "before" weight") I think I'm about 205 -- as all of my jeans are too tight!

Ya, I understand the tight jeans syndrome! I think I'm just breaking out of it in this stage of my Boston training. How far will you run tomorrow? Got any races planned for 2014?

Hey Slick, I was going to run 3 miles at lunch..but only went 1 before my watch died. So, because my health insurance gives me points for GPS-verified workouts...I will go back out later and try another 3 (after the watch is charged).Nothing major on the 2014 race schedule..I signed up for Cowtown Marathon months ago (If I run anything this year, it will be the half). I gave an initial "if you need someone, I'll go" response to some guys forming a Ragnar relay in San Antonio in October...I figure, it's October, I'll be in shape by then. Lots of projects around the house (remodeling my office, painting my old tractor, selling my Rx-8, etc...)

Nice Marc, if you can maintain your weight and then get fast like usual you can win the Clydesdale division. :)

Rhett, that's definitely looking on the bright side!
