Met Darin and Dave at Lake Grapevine and ran the paved trails. This is the first run with Dave in over a month..he's slowly getting back into it. Ran 8 miles with D&D, then went out for another 4...wished I had time for more. I really need to get some long runs in...and soon.

I'm taking some vacation days this week, so perhaps I can find time for a mid-week 18-20 miler. SGM is getting closer!

Oh ya, SGM is almost upon us!!! Thats like seven (7) weeks away, which gives you 4 weeks of give'em hell training and then cruse into a three week taper!!!! and then it's all done but the crying? Good to see you getting some good mileage.

I decided to escape Texas and drove my boys to Colorado for a quick mini-vacation. I'm home again...and already missing the cool, clean mountain air!
