Lunch run w/ Darin. I wasn't feeling quite so spunky today..due in part to my spin class last night, and part due to the 20 MPH steady south wind. Not a bad run overall. Wore the Supernovas (they feel like boat anchors compared to the VFFs or Speedstars).

Kathie - I can't say I actually enjoy spin class. It is a lot of work..but there is no real payout for me..unless I start bike racing. :) I enjoy running as my sole activity..anything else seems like work to me.:)

Smooth - yep. Stinky wind! (though we'll be ready for it next time we have to race in it)
