Due to the boys' soccer tournament on Saturday, I had to get my last longish run in before Cowtown on Sunday. Met up with Ty after church. We decided to run on a country road near his house. Lots of long hills. Wind was strong on the way out, but felt good to have it behind us on the way back in. Ty said his calf was bothering him, so we planned to go out slow (9:00s)-- like so many times, what we planned and what we end up doing differed a bit. The rain that we had in the morning stopped and the sun came out just in time for us to run. It was about 65F. Nice! AP: 8:11, 8:21, 8:11, 7:51, 8:14, 8:21, 8:29, 8:07, 7:38, 7:10 I'm still thinking about Boston -- once I get past Cowtown, I'll seriously consider all my options. (my wife has a friend who lives in Boston -- would be a little weird to stay with her by myself. I'm still open to finding another roommate -- I'm pretty sure I have enough frequent flyer points to pay for the trip...there's so many other races I'd like to go to....Honestly, I really like Boston, but the 3 marathons I've run in Utah have been so much fun! I'm so wishy-washy...)
