A hot, steamy 5 miles after work with Darin and his son. Today Zachary wasn't feeling up to racing. It was 85 degrees, and very humid. It's going to be a long hot summer.

85 degrees I think I would melt for sure. Do you ever get used to it...I am sure you must.

When I got home from work last night it was 102. I think when I get to start running again, I will stick with morning runs for a while, till October.

I can not run in 85 degrees. I have never experienced humidity, but it sounds painful!

So, kudos to you. I would be veggin' on my couch instead.
