Was going to take it easy today..as I still have my cold/bronchitis. Ran w/ Darin. Ran the first 2 miles at about 7:40/mi. Then sped up a little. This cough is strange...while I'm running, I don't have it...but as soon as I stopped, whammo...cough..cough..hack...cough..

It means you just have to keep running, no stopping! :D

That's how my nose is, it's fine when I'm running, but as soon as I stop, it runs! :)

Are you able to sleep? I mean does your cough keep you awake/up? Hope it clears up real soon!

I agree with Smooth, just keep running. :)

Yep, I'll just keep running.

I slept pretty well last night. I took the 3rd day of my Z-tri pak (antibiotic today)--I even went to work. But, I still have the cough. It is nowhere near as bad as I had it before SGM 2007, when I couldn't sleep for the entire week (literally) leading up to my BQ. I think all this coughing is a good workout for my lungs!

Crazy possitive attitude.

I hope it goes away soon too. I am with Smooth just don't stop running. :)
