Was a beautiful day for a long run. Ran 10 out and 10 back at the Rail Trail. I saw about 5 other people, and a stray dog on the trail today. Cross-wind for most of the run, felt good for this time of year. I wore the HRM today and kept the pulse at about 140 bpm for most of the run. I never got over 150.

Hey MArc, it's Dec 29th now, where are you? Hows the training for the Houston Marathon coming along?

From MarcE on Wed, Dec 28, 2011 at 22:48:00 from 204.16.82.120

thaks for the Merry Christmas wishes..and I hope all of you had a merry Christmas, too. I seemed to have gotten sick immediately following my 20 miler -- started with a sore throat, then major head congestion...I was miserable all week, and didn't do any running. I barely finished all of my Christmas shopping. I'm starting up again. I have a half mary in 10 days, and a full mary (Houston) in 17 days...Houston is going to be a long training run for me. My resolution is to run 1200 in 2012 (or maybe if I'm energetic like Smooth,etc.. I might go for 2012 :) Happy New Year!
