Rest Day I wrote this in someone else's blog, but decided that because she is going through enough pain and emotions at the moment, and probably tired of my preaching, that I would just post it in mine, as a reminder to myself, that a rest day is actually a good thing... Our bodies heal when we DON'T run. When we run we are actually tearing our muscles and inflicting damage. It is the times when we're not running that our bodies rebuild and make us stronger. |
