Met Ty at the trailhead at 7AM. Ran 2.5 out and 2.5 back. I remember when 5 miles was a warm up. Folks it doesn't take long to lose some fitness...but on the good side, it was great to get a shot of endorphines in the morning. Ankle is feeling a little better. Signed up for a 5K race on Labor Day (the boys will be running the Kid's K). It'll be nice to enjoy a nice short race!

I'm glad your ankle seems to be doing a bit better. :)

Thanks, Teena. Seems so strange to NOT be putting in 40+ miles per week. Glad to see you rocked PC...even with a "special drink".

Don't remind me. I haven't done any real running since early May. I'm glad to hear the ankle is feeling better.

Marc ~ You are sooo funny!

So happy to hear the ankle's feeling better. Signing for a race is great motivation especially w/ the boys doing the kid k.

I tried to talk Larry into doing a 5K at Pokey. He said he would do the kidK. But I think he might be a bit too young to run a kidK! :}

Some running with your boys sounds like such a fun day! What better way to celebrate Memorial Day than by making memories!
