Met Corey and Lana at the Lake Weatherford Marina at 7:30. Ran one lap around the lake w/ them at about 9:35 / mi (8.5) miles. Ran the next lap alone, at about 8:30/mi -- added another few miles running through the neighborhoods around the lake. It was a great morning for a run (cool and low wind). Finished with 51 miles for the week...probably my longest week all year!
