It's been a while since I've run with my buddies at Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers (LGRAW), so I met a the clubhouse at 7:15. Darin was there, but Dave was running late (forgot his shoes). So, Darin and I ran 2 miles before Dave showed up. Then ran another 6 miles. My first 8 miler in quite some time. Felt good. Finished strong.

Signed up as a member of LGRAW (even though I don't go there often, I do use their water/powerade which they have on the trails when I go there). $20 annual membership..not bad.

nice build up on the base miles! It's about time to start getting ready for the El Scorcho and the White Rock?

Thanks, Tim.

Slick - I signed up for the Half in Houston (Jan 16), then I need to run Cowtown again (for the fifth point of the star medal). Surf City falls in between them -- I probably won't do that one -- especially if I'm still considering doing London in April (not sure how I will afford it, but it's in the works). Thanks for the invite, but I think I might have to pass -- but you know me, I never say never.

When is the registration for London 2013?
