NICE! Life is good when garden and yard is good. Your family and neighbors will agree! :)

yeah I took off 3 days and I really didn't miss it. I built a bed loft for Sawyer and built shelving for my mother in law. Even did a little heavy lifting to get her moved into her new house. That was fun for once. My achilles didn't really like the deep knee bends when working on the closet...

You will enjoy your yard and garden all summer long, good choice!

Life tends to do that. I'm sure you got in some good cross training working on the yard and garden.

Yep...that's my cross training. The boys are really getting into gardening. I built some raised bed boxes for the garden this year, they each have their own box. We caught a tiny garden snake and put him in one of the boxes (and gave him a little garden shovel for shelter).

I'm thinking about running a 5K race this Saturday before our Soccer game.

I still haven't decided on whether to run the Half or Full at Big-D on April 10th...if I don't run at least 18 miles this weekend, it will be the half.

I may be cutting back my miles a little this summer while I try to bring a little more balance to my life. I took some time off from running last year and I came back stronger. I envy all of you who can run 50+ miles week after week after week.
