Darin led, then Dave, then me. Still feeling a little sluggish from all my eating last week, but managed 7:04/mi for the 5 miles.

White Rock Half Marathon on Sunday (12/5). I have no expectations (anything under 1:40 would be great)

Rhett - Thanks. Legs, ankles, and feet are feeling pretty good..but, I'm beginning to feel my age. It's not as easy as it was a couple years ago. Nope, not doing Boston in 2011 -- procrastinated for a day--it's probably for the better (no pressure, save some $$).

Thanks, Teena - I'll blog once in a while, but not as frequent as I used to -- been way too busy!! (but not nearly as busy as you, I'm sure :)
