Yo, Slick and Rhett..sorry,between Facebook, MapMyFitness, and Strava, I haven't been over here in quite some time. Too many places to log my miles -- which haven't been many lately. I've been ramping up my bike riding quite a bit this summer. I'm doing the Hotter 'N Hell 100 Triple Threat next weekend in Wichita Falls, Tx. It has a 13 mile mountain bike ride on Friday, 100 mile road bike ride on Saturday, and 13 mile trail run on Sunday. I'm a little heavy to be too competitive but looking forward to the challenge. Thanks for checking up on me..I hope y'all are doing well!
