My longest run of the year!

It's back to work on Monday after 2 weeks of relaxing and taking it easy.

It's now officially Boston Marathon Training time! :)

Marc, nice run. I went long on the 1st of the year, and there is a good chance I won't do any runs farther than that this year, unless I get really crazy and decide to do a 30 miler like you did a couple weeks before Boston last year. It seemed to work out well for you.

Work has been crazy all week (to be expected after vacation..right?)

I snuck out at lunchtime and ran 6 miles with Darin -- my first run since Saturday's 21 miler -- I had planned to run Monday and Tuesday, but I just didn't get the time...and I've been eating bad, too :( (Vending machines at 8:00PM..arrgg)

I'm turning it around starting now (as soon as I finish this 20 oz Pepsi...not more soft drinks for the rest of the day!)
