It's my anniversary! 21 Years Ago Today I Married  Wife, Beth.

This week is Spring Break for my kids. I'm taking today and tomorrow off of work. Last night the boys and I set up the tent in the back yard and camped out. They really love that. The weather right now is perfect for camping. In the 70's during the day and down in the 50's at night.

I headed to the rail trail this morning for a mid-long run. I went out nice and easy for the first 7 miles, and decided to turn the last 7 miles into a tempo run. It felt great!

Going out for a nice dinner tonight. Tomorrow might be a rest day. :-)

Great splits on your run, especially the last mile.

Nice run Marc, I love taking long runs and doing that...easy out and fast back. Looks like you averaged aroun 7:30 back with a nice strong finish on that last mile. I think you're going to be ready for Boston.

Happy Anniversary! I love to camp in the back yard with my kids... I guess I used to they are too old now. When they were little we would sleep on the trampoline almost every night during the summer. you are a way cool dad!

HAPPY 21st ANNIVERSARY TO YOU & BETH!!!

Larry and I will celebrate our 31st in Boston.

Very nice negative splits run and strong finish! Yep, I'd say you are SO READY for Boston. Sweet to do backyard camping with your kids. I'm gonna do that when my grandkids come visit.
