4.5 warmup miles in the VFFs (first run in them in a while). Started to feel a little pain on the top of my right foot, so I switched to my Speedstars, and the pain went away.
Progressively increased the speed on the treadmill. Finished the last 2 laps at 9.0 mph, and 10mph.
HR 150 when finished. Was back to 100 within 2 minutes.
Then lifted some weights for chest (managed to do 4 sets of 110lbs x 5 reps(I used to bench 200 without any problems) and biceps (I have pool party on Saturday..I hope I'm buff by then! :) |
